Betty is a specialist in integrated purpose campaigns and Diversity and Inclusion strategies. She has led multicultural campaigns for the Cabinet Office, modern slavery for the Home Office, child abuse and apprenticeships for the Department for Education, responsible drinking for Drinkaware, mental health for Mental Health First Aid, money and relationship support for Lloyds Bank and diversity and inclusion for Booking.com. She consults with New Society’s clients across D+I strategies and across the intersection of social and climate justice.

Vanessa is a highly experienced behaviour change and marketing consultant who worked as Head of Brand at both the Carbon Trust and Shelter UK, and in senior planning roles at TBWA, Lambie-Nairn, O&M and Hooper Galton. Her most recent work includes running the ‘Recycle Your Electricals’ campaign which included (more to come here). Vanessa defines the communications strategies for New Society’s clients using behaviour change and digital marketing principles alongside AI and big data.
